Job Overview

A career in accounts payable acceleration involves long-term relationships and close collaboration with clients across the globe.

You will work for a global financial services provider, accelerating digital transformation using agile methodologies and AI-powered workflows. You'll work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve hybrid cloud and AI journeys for innovative companies.

In your role, you'll be supported by mentors and coaches who will encourage you to challenge the norm, investigate ideas outside of your role, and come up with creative solutions resulting in impactful change for a wide network of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, verify, and cleanse vendor master records.
  • Identify duplicate records and ensure accurate maintenance of invoice receipt, verification, and processing.
  • Record invoices based on purchase orders and unsupported invoices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, obtaining coding approval, and resolving issues around blocked invoices.
  • Ensure prompt recording of payment and expense entries in accounting software.
  • Process travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payments, recover funds, and execute payment proposals.
  • Handle vendor statement reconciliations through calls and emails.
  • Meet client service level agreements and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Proven skills in invoice and vendor management, query resolution, and reconciliation.
  • Strong work knowledge of payment reporting and reconciliation activities.
