We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead backend development, oversee system architecture and integrations, and drive technical excellence across projects.

About the Role

As a technology lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement backend architecture using modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel.
  • Lead system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services.
  • Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel.
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in:
    • PHP, Laravel, Java.
    • ReactJS, Node.js.
    • MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB.
    • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
    • Cloud platforms, especially AWS.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.
