Job Responsibilities
  • The role involves managing candidate communications and ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
  • Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Support Candidate Success Managers with tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time internship opportunity with a 9-month commitment.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team.
