Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Excellence Partner to support our global strategy.

  • Regional/Vertical Internal Field Steering (IFS) Framework Implementation and Monitoring:

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in recruitment in operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and monitoring the IFS framework in assigned regions or verticals.
  • Analyzing performance data to identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of targeted strategies to address performance gaps.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
