Exterior Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts, interacting with clients to understand their needs, space planning, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating with vendors for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client interaction skills, as well as strong project management and organizational skills. You will work closely with architects to manage project timelines and ensure high standards of design quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
  • Create and edit construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Coordinate with vendors to source FF&E materials and supplies
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design or architecture
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
