Job Title: Infrastructure Growth Specialist

About the Position:

  • A successful Infrastructure Growth Specialist will be responsible for expanding our presence in regional markets through strategic partnerships and product placement.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products with government organizations, project management consultants, and design architects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in these sectors.
  • Develop a project prospect pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities by segmenting construction products, gaps, and influencers for product penetration.
  • Promote blended cement in key projects and create opportunities for high-contribution products.
  • Provide solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs.
  • Conduct mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects.
  • Obtain product approvals at major project sites through trials at site and third-party labs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and optimize concrete trials.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in RMC/Concrete/Admixtures/Construction Chemicals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
