Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of government building construction projects.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with government clients, consultants, architects, and contractors for seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in building construction projects, including at least 8 years in government projects. Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills are essential.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of DSR norms, CPWD specifications, and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of safety standards and environmental norms.
