Luxoft is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our automation efforts in software development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, experience with Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the automation test strategy, working within an Agile team to deliver quality products as one team, identifying test data required to complete the test activities, conducting test case preparation and execution manually and via automation, understanding the bank's automation framework and driving the implementation of the same within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber/Appian testing framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and prioritize accordingly
  • Work closely with DevOps team to build up the testing pipeline and ensure seamless integration with CI/CD processes
  • Identify Testing Risks and prepare Risk Mitigation Plans
  • Create automated regression test scripts and conduct regular maintenance
  • Perform regular regression runs and work with the DevOps team to build up the testing pipeline
  • Successfully manage relationships with all stakeholders, vendors, and third parties
  • Report and escalate key risks and issues to management as needed
  • Prioritization of automation deliverables based on their ROI
  • Reporting on Test Status Report to all respective Stakeholders
  • Effort Estimation and reporting on progress

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of Behaviour-driven development (BDD), Java, Cucumber/Appian testing framework, Gherkin test-case definition language, Selenium Webdriver, HTML5, DOM model, XML, XPATH, Javascript, DB level and service level testing
  • Hands-on experience on both manual and automation testing
  • Proven experience in the coordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment
  • Working experience on CI/CD and automation pipeline
  • Proven skills in co-ordination and leadership working with vendors and internal teams
  • Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community
