Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position ranges from ₹60 lakhs to ₹80 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This role involves planning, organizing, and directing all plant operations to achieve desired productivity levels with optimal resource utilization. The successful candidate will ensure that all quality standards are met consistently, and products meet customer expectations.

  • Develop and implement plans to minimize manufacturing costs through efficient use of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all plant processes to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable statutory and legal requirements, as well as approved manufacturing SOPs, QMS, safety standards, and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We seek an experienced professional with:

  • 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years in senior managerial roles in plant operations within the wire harness industry.
  • Exposure to project management and conceptual knowledge of modern manufacturing processes.
  • Sharp strategic thinking and long-term resource planning skills.
  • Excellent team-building and HR/IR handling abilities.
  • Business acumen and awareness of applicable statutory and legal requirements, as well as QMS/EHS standards and systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001:2015, IATF16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounts and finance, budgeting, and costing portfolios.
