Business Operations Manager Role

The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for the organization, customers, and brands. This key member of our Finance team will contribute to exceptional performance and future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders by analyzing complex data and advocating coherent strategies for improvement.
  • Exhibit strong commercial insight and judgment to drive business performance and decision-making.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and build a Pre and Post M&E mindset for Trade Spend investments.
  • Support AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, OP Cash, and Pricing, while strengthening the Finance O&R process.
  • Collect past c-forms, improve processes, and reduce recording timelines to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
  • High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
