Key Leader for Channel Management Team

**Job Overview**
SaplingsHR is seeking a highly skilled leader to manage a team of Channel Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a team, training, motivating, and increasing productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Acquire new Franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors, and Rimesier partners.
• Build strong relationships with these partners and help them onboard clients across various products.
• Conduct training sessions for partners on Direct Equity and Investment products, including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, and Insurance.
• Ensure excellent services are provided to partners.
• Collaborate with distributors on joint calls and organize seminars or webinars for cluster partners.
**Requirements**
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling, preferably in the Broking Industry.
• B2B experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
