Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM systems, including Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified Directory, Active Directory, and LDAP technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting identity environments, integrating with complex systems, reviewing security logs, and implementing IAM solutions using Radiant Logic's platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining IAM systems, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Integrating with other systems, such as Active Directory and LDAP directories.
  • Reviewing and correlating security logs to identify potential security threats.
  • Implementing and managing IAM solutions using Radiant Logic's platform.
  • Configuring and optimizing the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Identifying security vulnerabilities and issues, performing risk assessments, and evaluating remediation alternatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in information security or working with information security products/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation.
  • Platform familiarization with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, and critical services.
  • SQL experience (basic administration and SQL query).
  • Familiarization with database platforms, such as MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Experience with Change Management processes and tools.
  • Incident and Change Management experience is a must.

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Any security certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in scripting or querying languages, utilizing SQL/PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP protocols, schema, and directory services.
  • Familiarity with identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Platform familiarization with Windows Servers and Linux/Unix.
