Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center Engineer to join our team.

  5. Configure and optimize network setups including firewall rules, VPN policies, and routing.
  6. Design, plan, and upgrade network systems for scalability and security improvements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for RMA, upgrades, and issue remediation.
  8. Monitor and identify alerts, alarms, and proactively resolve issues using standard protocols.
  9. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  10. Review diagnostic logs, interpret system dumps, and apply known fixes for recurring issue.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP stack, diagnostics, and trace analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

A deep knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP is also required.

In addition, the candidate should have expertise in switching protocols such as VRRP, HSRP, VTP, DTP, VLAN, STP, LACP, Inter-VLAN Routing.

Hands-on experience with VPNs, IDS/IPS, Firewall Policies is necessary.

A familiarity with Spine-Leaf Architectures (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN is also beneficial.

The candidate should also be skilled in packet-level analysis using tools for routers, switches, firewalls.

A graduate/postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT or related field is required.

CCNP/CCIE/F5 Certified is preferred.
