Job Description

A skilled professional is sought to oversee the operational performance of enterprise network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing/supervising network support teams and conceptual knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless & security. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms and network monitoring/reporting/troubleshooting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Operational Monitoring/Reporting/Functioning of Wireless, Routing & Switching infrastructure.
  • Maintain enterprise network infrastructure & its operational performance.
  • Liaise/Collaborate with Vendors/TAC/Support teams for multi-platform & multi-vendor issues.
  • Supervise network infrastructure changes/patch deployment, version upgrades & fixes.
  • Collaborate with global/peer/business teams & provide support/assistance for network incidents/requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  • 8+ Years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate network, with minimum 2 years in Large/Complex network environment.
  • Additional Cisco certifications preferred.
