Job Summary:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee complex automation projects to ensure timely completion and meet business requirements.
  • Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Java skills a plus.
  • Technical scoping & project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Team mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Certifications in automation or related fields are a plus.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Eager to explore new platforms and workflows using AI/ML technologies.
