We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at JSG Consulting Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development, ensuring employees are equipped to meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans, to ensure employees receive the support they need.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on the latest changes and developments.
- Training and Development: Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers, enhancing their skills and knowledge to drive business success.
- Employee Engagement: Manage employee engagement initiatives and programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Exit Interviews: Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve HR processes and initiatives, driving business growth and success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- Certifications: Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Key Qualifications: Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and experience in implementing and managing performance management systems.
