AI and Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI and machine learning engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world problems with significant business impact.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions across the marketing and customer experience stack. This includes building, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for use cases such as personalization, recommendation, segmentation, and content generation.

You will also work closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to embed intelligence across everything we do from personalization engines to Gen AI content workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models
  • Fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs and building RAG-based systems
  • Designing intelligent workflows using LangChain, vector databases, and prompt engineering
  • Writing clean, scalable code in Python using ML/AI libraries like PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.
  • Working with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or open-source equivalents
  • Building prototypes quickly and iterating based on results and feedback

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of technology experience with at least 5+ years in data science/AI roles
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (preferably from a premier tech institution)
  • Deep hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, Gen AI, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, API integration, cloud platforms, and basic DevOps for deployment
