Your Mission :

- Design & Build : Create intelligent, domain-specific Copilot agents that integrate deeply with Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and enterprise data sources.

- Architect for Scale : Produce clear, future-ready architectures that handle millions of queries securely and efficiently.

- Integrate & Automate : Connect Copilot to SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, APIs and automate workflows end-to-end.

- Lead & Mentor : Share your expertise with cross-functional teams and help grow the organizations AI capability.

- Innovate Constantly : Stay ahead of Microsoft Copilot innovations and emerging AI trends.

What You Bring :

- 12+ years in software development; 5+ years in AI/ML projects.

- Proven enterprise-level Copilot Studio development experience.

- Expertise in Power FX, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI.

- Strong programming in C# and SQL.

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Bot Framework.

- DevOps familiarity (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines).

- Exceptional documentation and diagramming skills (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart).
