Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Associate to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene and adhering to strict food safety protocols.
  • Preparation of mise-en-place and ensuring the quality of ingredients before cooking.
  • Providing support in cooking and meal assembly according to established standards.
  • Assisting with packing and dispatch tasks as needed.
  • Ensuring your workstation remains clean and hygienic at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of High School education (10th standard) and a basic understanding of cutting and food preparation techniques.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good personal hygiene, discipline, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including breaks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
