We're seeking a visionary leader in AI engineering to spearhead voice AI system development and intelligent agent design. This role requires expertise in developing advanced AI models for real-time conversational interfaces, designing and deploying low-latency features enhancing user experiences, creating end-to-end AI pipelines and optimizing systems for performance and reliability, and collaborating on defining success metrics for AI features.

Technical Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with Python or similar languages
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • API design proficiency
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • CI/CD pipeline expertise, cloud platforms like AWS, and deployment automation
  • Monitoring, observability, and production debugging tool knowledge
  • Familiarity with vector databases
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare or financial services industry experience
  • Ai voice assistant or conversational agent development
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs
