We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of end-to-end data-centric solutions that meet customer needs.

Job Role: Staff Data Engineer

This role plays a vital part in helping people and businesses achieve their financial goals through strategic technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Develop robust and secure ETL pipelines using Spark or Scala programming frameworks to process large datasets efficiently.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, execute, and communicate ETL strategies and technical solutions.
  • User Engagement: Work closely with business and operational users to ensure adherence to client and company guidelines, and to provide guidance on technical deliveries.
  • Project Delivery: Participate in agile project development from ideation to implementation, contributing to delivery planning and providing expertise on technical solutions.
Key Skills:
  • ETL Expertise: Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline building, including data warehousing and big data platform development.
  • AWS Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Cloud Watch.
  • Teradata Experience: Hands-on experience with Teradata data warehouses and proficiency across Enterprise Analytics/BI/DW/ETL technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
  • Database Tuning: Experience with Oracle SQL database performance tuning and relational model analysis.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with working within a Data Delivery Life Cycle framework and Agile Methodology.
  • Snowflake Experience: Experience working with Snowflake data platforms.
  • Python Frameworks: Knowledge of Python-based framework development.
