Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Tax Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in tax to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex tax data, identifying trends and patterns, and developing dynamic reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure thorough analysis of customer requirements to understand their tax needs.
  • Analyze tax data to identify transformation and reporting issues.
  • Document detailed specifications for each report, including technical specifications and summary.
  • Create and edit Alteryx workflows to automate tax data manipulation and generate outputs.
  • Develop dynamic reports that enable end users to filter and aggregate defined parameters.
  • Proactively identify dependencies, issues, risks, and barriers to completing assignments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting expectations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience delivering data analytics and intelligence solutions in a Tax environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx, SQL Server, Power Query, and Power BI.
Other Skills and Abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work well in a team environment.
