AquaAds is seeking a Graphic Designer & Brand Creative to join our founding team in developing innovative experiential advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and design brand campaigns across industries.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
  • Design visual elements such as labels, campaign mockups, and activation materials that bring ideas to life.
  • Help shape campaign narratives, pitch decks, and creative ideas beyond visuals.
  • Support AquaAds' evolving brand identity and design voice as we grow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign work (internship or freelance)
  • A portfolio showcasing social media work and brand/graphic design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop required), Canva, and willingness to experiment with tools like Midjourney
  • A strong eye for type, layout, and storytelling through design
  • Bonus: Motion design or basic video editing skills
