Financial Operations Specialist

About this role
This position involves supporting daily financial operations and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments, receipts, and journal entries to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers regularly to maintain accurate records and prevent errors.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
- Track expenses, budgets, and variances to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports for management to provide insights into financial performance and inform business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on financial transactions to ensure smooth execution and minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field to provide a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
- 0–3 years of finance/accounting experience; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP familiarity is a plus to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity.
