Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.", "
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Australian accounting standards.", "
  • Assist with BAS, GST, and other tax-related filings.", "
  • Process payroll and superannuation contributions (if required).", "
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.", "
  • Work with accountants to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance.", "
  • Manage invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.", "
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.", "

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (Australian clients or companies preferred).", "
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Xero, Quick Books, or MYOB.", "
