Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to lead the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to manufacturing equipment and systems.

This role involves leading specific projects to create and implement all aspects of manufacturing processes, ensuring safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in process planning, capital purchase process, equipment installation & commissioning, and preparation of documents like FMEA, Control Plan, SWM, Time Study, Line Balancing, Controls, and Machine Maintenance.

The selected individual will work closely with internal and external resources on specific project assignments, maintaining relationships and coaching key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics
