Job Description:
Responsibilities- Conduct end-to-end claims analyses
- Verify policy/claims documents
- Set up and process claims payments
- Submit and track claims
- Correspond with involved claim parties
- Develop and maintain claims communication
- Maintain records of activities
- Manage day-to-day production and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Have knowledge of up-stream and down-stream processes of claims and how they are linked
- Utilize analytical and reporting skills on excel
- Work as a team player with a ready-to-learn approach
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication
- Contribute towards process improvements through brainstorming
- Any graduate degree
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance principles
- Must have London Insurance Market Claims Experience for 2-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working from the office and with rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
P&C insurance, Lloyd's market experience mandatory
