We are seeking a skilled Renewal Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective renewal sales strategies.
- Tracking subscription renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Sending timely reminders to customers to ensure seamless renewals
- Outbound telecalling to engage with clients and promote renewal sales
- Helping existing customers upgrade their subscriptions
- Maintaining accurate records of current and potential clients
- Achieving renewal collection targets and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in renewal sales or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong time-management and project-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
