Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analytics Manager to lead our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage planning cycles, and deliver insights through analytics to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand planning, and supply planning. They will be responsible for driving the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning demand and supply, and delivering insights through KPI dashboards and advanced analytics.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the S&OP Process: Drive the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans.
  • Analyze Data: Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.
  • Develop Insights: Develop what-if and sensitivity analysis for business decisions and automate reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for leadership visibility.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools.
