We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage and coordinate various events and functions at our organization.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, ensuring all arrangements meet company standards, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate events and functions, including planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of event management.
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup, timeline, and specific guest needs.
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements, following up to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.
  • No licenses or certifications required.
