Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Lead

Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies for online grocery and instant delivery platforms to drive consumer demand, increase visibility, and ensure best-in-class brand execution.

Performance Marketing Expertise:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media (Meta/Off app), and other relevant channels.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage seasonal, festive, and cultural moments to drive sales and visibility.
  • Build category-specific strategies to strengthen brand recall and share of basket.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-com/q-com operations, digital transformation, business planning, and driving category growth on digital channels.
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, Power BI, MS Excel, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Essential Education:

  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

Industry Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in handling e-com and q-com or 5+ years of working with q-com brands.
