We are looking for a Senior Manager/AVP ALM professional to join our organization.

Work Experience - 5+ years of relevant Banking experience in asset liability management and risk management is required.

  • Monitor Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk for the Bank and highlight potential concerns to senior management.
  • Prepare, review, and validate regulatory returns and monitor ratios against internal and regulatory limits, providing insights with impact analysis to management.
  • Create daily Liquidity and ALM Dashboards to circulate to senior management.
  • Work on IT projects related to risk monitoring and management systems.
  • Support enhancements of current solutions through testing and/or provide functional inputs in developing new solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and regulatory developments and best practices pertaining to ALM and Balance Sheet.
  • Liaise extensively with Treasury, Risk, IT, Finance, and Business teams.
  • Monitor Balance Sheet hedging and streamline processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI circulars and guidelines, making changes to policies accordingly.
  • Drive commercial savings on existing portfolios while ensuring adherence to RBI policies and guidelines.
