Job Title:

Senior Frontend Developer - React Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with a specialization in React to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced UI components and features using React.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex UI components and features using React.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering best practices in React development.
  • Implement state management solutions to manage data flow efficiently.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to refine and implement designs.
  • Optimize application performance, including load times and resource usage.
  • Participate in strategic planning for application features and architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to React best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Primary Skills: Technology > Reactive Programming > React JS
  • Technical Requirements: Advanced proficiency in React, including hooks, context, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with: Server-side rendering, static site generation, or tools like Webpack, Babel, or Parcel.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Build Pipelines: Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools.
  • CICD Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD practices for front-end applications.
  • Debugging Skills: Strong debugging skills and experience with various developer tools.
  • PWA Technologies: Knowledge of progressive web app (PWA) technologies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, BSc, BCA, M Tech, M Sc, MCA
