Senior Frontend Developer for Sitecore XP to XM Cloud Migration

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our Sitecore XP to XM Cloud migration project. This is an urgent requirement, and the ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in modern frontend development, along with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.0 A/AA) and CMS integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end components using modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 A/AA accessibility standards across all UI components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sitecore CMS, with a strong preference for familiarity with Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Contribute to the Sitecore XP to XM Cloud migration, ensuring seamless and scalable frontend solutions.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on modern web technologies.
  • Proficient with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated understanding and implementation of WCAG 2.0 A/AA accessibility standards.
  • Experience with front-end testing tools like Jest and Enzyme.
  • Working experience with Sitecore CMS, with a strong advantage for knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with headless CMS architectures.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices in a modern frontend environment.
