EH&S Business Partner Role

You will serve as a liaison between EH&S business function and IT, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage EH&S-related IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Business Analysis: Perform business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions.
  • Service Management: Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications, overseeing incident, request, and release management activities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards.
  • Enhancements: Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor service performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Governance: Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience: In IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • EH&S Knowledge: Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle).
  • ITIL Practices: Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
  • Vendor Management: Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions.
  • Global Environment: Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SAP S/4HANA EH&S: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
  • Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
  • Integration: Experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
