We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Design
- Understand requirements from multiple documentation sources, assist architects in design activities and provide accurate effort estimations, collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions.
- Development & Testing
- Adhere to established program standards and coding best practices, perform hands-on coding, unit testing and behavior-driven development (BDD), follow stringent source code control procedures, debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Process Adherence
- Comply with development processes and methodologies, participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely updates and delivery.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Mentor and train new and existing team members, foster teamwork and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
- Project Reporting & Ownership
- Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables, track progress, report status and proactively raise risks/issues, communicate effectively with Project Managers, Architects and Product Owners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in Agile environments, integrating with third-party systems, mentoring teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in the retail banking domain.
