This role seeks a strategic thinker with experience in process improvement, capable of driving end-customer impact and business results. The ideal candidate will be able to devise operational goals that align with business objectives and establish measurement, reporting, and process excellence indicators for effective goal accomplishment.

The chosen individual will set appropriate operational and people goals for their team at all levels, hold them accountable, and own processes, staffing, metrics, and business updates. They must be able to manage problems, decisions, and escalations while identifying tool and system requirements that reduce operational defects.

A strong self-starter with the ability to drive process excellence is desired. Knowledge or experience in Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC, Kaizen, and/or statistical process control projects is highly valued. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To excel in this position, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics or equivalent. Additionally, they should possess 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience, as well as a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends, nights, and holidays. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
