Grocery Software Development Manager

The Grocery Software Development Manager role is a key position within our organization.
Our vision is to create a seamless and convenient online grocery shopping experience that empowers customers to achieve any grocery mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to devise scalable and adaptable software designs
- Implement designs to ensure scalability and maintainability
- Work with global external teams, senior software development engineers, and principal engineers to tackle challenging business and design issues
We seek a professional who can translate broad, ambiguous business objectives into robust software platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive approach, consistently delivering solutions on time, and possessing a strong team spirit.
Requirements:- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
- Knowledge of software practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers
