Academic Faculty Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Faculty Member.

This role involves delivering academic content on camera in an engaging and student-friendly manner.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational content for students, utilizing effective communication skills and presentation techniques.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and content directors to ensure seamless content delivery and adaptation to various formats.
  • Participate in rehearsals, feedback sessions, and retakes to refine on-screen presentation output and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present complex concepts clearly and concisely, using voice modulation, expression, and storytelling techniques.
  • Utilize digital tools, such as smart boards, animation-voiceovers, green screen (VFX), and outdoor location shoots, to create engaging content.
  • Engage with students and respond to their queries, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of teaching, public speaking, or educational content creation experience.
  • Relevant experience in CBSE curriculum.
  • Excellent verbal communication and camera presence.
  • Experience with voiceover, video recording, or online education, especially with modern teaching tools like digital boards and ed-tech platforms.
  • Prioritization of English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, and Degree levels is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of AI tools and platforms for content creation, enabling productivity and content creativity.
