Faculty Engagement Opportunity

Job Description Overview:

  • Deliver academic lectures, tutorials, and workshops as per the predetermined schedule.
  • Prepare and share lesson plans, study materials, and presentations in advance for effective student engagement.
  • Implement interactive teaching methods and incorporate real-world case studies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students on projects and assignments.
  • Develop and evaluate assessments, assignments, and presentations to assess student understanding.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement to students.
  • Suggest curriculum updates aligned with current industry trends and best practices.
  • Share industry insights and tools to improve practical learning outcomes.
  • Support student internships, research initiatives, and certification programs.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and academic records for all sessions.
  • Coordinate with program leads and attend relevant academic meetings when required.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with subject knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate or Doctorate degree in the relevant subject area (meeting UGC/AICTE/University norms).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of academic or relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in subject-specific tools, software, and teaching technology (LMS, online platforms like Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Relevant industry certifications, research publications, or specialized training in the subject.
