Financial Operations Specialist

The role of Financial Operations Specialist is a critical position within our organization. As a key team member, you will play a vital part in managing financial operations for the North India region.

This role requires strong accounting skills, proficiency in Hindi, and excellent attention to detail. You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, knowledge of financial principles, auditing, and reporting standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for North India Prayer Towers, including daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and journal entries, ensuring timely reconciliation of bank accounts and petty cash.
  • Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for North India PTs, adhering to statutory requirements.
  • Track and report on staff reimbursements and expense claims in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, auditing, and reporting standards.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (oral & written).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
