Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Statistical Programmer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing programming support for clinical trials, implementing CDISC and other regulatory standards, and following internal SAS programming conventions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Programming Support: Provide programming support for clinical trials, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Implement CDISC and other regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • SAS Programming: Follow internal SAS programming conventions, maintaining high-quality code and adhering to coding standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, clinicians, and project managers, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to junior programmers, providing guidance and training on advanced statistical techniques and SAS programming.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in statistical programming, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAS programming language, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
