Performance Tester

Job Description:

As a performance tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our organization's applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive performance tests to evaluate the responsiveness and reliability of our applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Analyze test results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in performance testing tools, such as JMeter and Blazemeter.
  • Experience with Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of agile methodology and its application in software development.
  • Knowledge of cloud technology and its implications on system performance.

Primary skills – Must have:

  • Strong understanding of performance testing principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Secondary skills – Good to have:

  • Experience with automation frameworks, such as Selenium/Cypress/Web driver IO.
  • Knowledge of wiki, Jira, confluence, Jenkins, and other collaborative tools.
