Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in Data roles at operations-heavy startups (fintech, logistics, e-commerce, or similar)
  • For Senior Candidates (4-8 yrs): Proven propensity modeling experience is mandatory
  • Degree in Statistics, CS, Economics, or related quantitative field
  • Expertise in: SQL + Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), Power BI/Tableau, Statistical modeling for operational decision-making
  • Startup-ready mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
