Job Overview

A highly skilled purchasing manager is required to oversee procurement activities across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source raw materials, packaging materials and miscellaneous items from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Sourcing chemicals and submitting proposals.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams for material tracking, invoicing and service order creation.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement processes and timelines in line with standard operating procedures/service level agreements.
  • Regularly coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet their expectations.
  • Timely submission of management information system reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree/Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Master's degree in Materials Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing/supply chain environment.
  • Knowledge of import and export policies.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals/chemicals/agrochemicals industries.
