Automated Test Engineer

As a seasoned Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and understand testing requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand testing requirements.
- Executing and managing test cases, documenting results, and tracking defects.
- Enhancing and maintaining automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Reviewing test code, suggesting improvements, and enforcing quality standards.
- Monitoring test performance and optimizing for speed and accuracy.
- Staying current with automation trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Mentoring junior QA engineers in automation best practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Strong expertise in Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and test frameworks (TestNG or JUnit).
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of CI/CD is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
