Financial Operations Specialist

  • As a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist, you will oversee financial activities for international infrastructure projects.

  • You will lead the team in ensuring compliance with RBI, FEMA, and FC regulations, leveraging your experience in handling accounting and finance.

  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders as per contract requirements, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

  • Liaise with insurance companies for insurance bonds and ensure statutory compliance at overseas projects, navigating complex regulatory environments.

  • Monitor and manage foreign exchange transactions, including exposure monitoring, hedging, and risk mitigation, maintaining financial stability and security.

  • Administer letters of credit, bank guarantees, and related trade finance instruments, streamlining financial processes and operations.

  • Lead project financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and compliance with international standards, driving business growth and success.

Key Qualifications

  • CA or MBA (Fin.) degree with 10+ years of account and finance experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial management.

  • Proven track record of managing financial activities for large-scale infrastructure projects, showcasing expertise and leadership skills.

  • Strong understanding of RBI, FEMA, and FC regulations, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering a collaborative team environment and driving business results.
