Job Title: Certified Public Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our organization. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements for US-based clients.
    • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data regularly.
    • Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports.
    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns in accordance with IRS guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with US tax regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting requirements.
    • Assist clients with tax planning, minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing legal deductions.
    • Review and analyze tax notices and correspondence, assisting clients with resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) qualification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Professional Experience: 0-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial compliance.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in QuickBooks or other financial software.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and US reporting standards.
