Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our ARM training initiatives for corporate clients. As an ARM Trainer for Corporate Training, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs that equip trainees with in-depth knowledge of ARM and AMBA bus architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Customized Training Programs: Design and conduct theory and lab sessions tailored to the needs of corporate trainees, aligning with course curricula.
  • Provide Expert Guidance and Support: Handle trainee queries systematically, offer feedback to enhance learning, and mentor them during lab sessions and projects.
  • Course Development and Enhancement: Collaborate on developing and refining courses in ARM and AMBA bus architectures to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.
  • Performance Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • 15+ Years of Industry and Academic Experience: Combine extensive industry and academic background to bring valuable expertise to the role.
  • Course Development Expertise: Proven experience in creating new courses in ARM and AMBA bus architectures.
  • Teaching Experience: Successfully taught ARM and AMBA courses to corporate trainees or team members.
  • Industry Background: Minimum 4 years of experience working in industry, developing ARM-based SoCs or subsystems.
  • Architecture Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ARM V8 and V9 architectures, as well as the latest AMBA bus architectures.
  • Qualifications: Hold a Master's degree in ECE, preferably in VLSI; PhD is an added advantage.
