Global Learning and Development Specialist

">Description:
  • As a global learning and development specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects that focus on creating inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs.

You will be part of a team that builds scalable templates, toolkits, and processes for content, technology, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong portfolio and case studies to demonstrate their skills.

They should also be proficient in remote collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery.

  • Design and deliver learning experiences and training events to measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and subject matter experts across time zones and languages.
  • Build scalable templates, toolkits, and processes for content, technology, and operations.
  • Ensure accessibility, quality, and evidence-based evaluation.

Experience working with clients or partners is also an asset. Proficiency in languages other than English is highly valued.
